• DCF operated on a large roll-out scale. Delivering multiple assets, for multiple initiatives, in multiple outputs at the same time. While we could be completing a poster announcing the location of a new vaccination site, we would also be releasing the NYC Health Commissioner’s new “Vax Up, Boost Up” initiative.

Likewise edits, proofing, audits, revisions, and RFP operated at a breakneck speed to keep up with an ever-changing health landscape.

  • Outsourcing to a team of skilled animators, designers, and production coordinators - my role in DCF was the lynchpin in flawless, expedited approvals.

Proofing and editing was a beast as I meticulously combed over multiple revisions on endless assets – sourcing them back to their approved translations, templates, briefs, and RFP sources.

  • Working with two in-house translators, two outsourced translation companies, and two multilingual designers kept me on my toes.

This was the first project where I experienced globalization copy for languages that do not read directionally the same as English.

Languages included: Arabic, Chinese Simplified (Mandarin), Chinese Traditional (Cantonese), French, Haitian Creole, Italian, Korean, Polish, Russian, Spanish, Urdu, and Yiddish.
