Before being subject to massive layoffs in the tech industry — I had the privilege to expand on and develop some exciting initiatives with Yotpo. In addition to some incredible outreach programs, I also helped to pilot their TikTok channel, and kickstart a new podcast (which ultimately was never published).
Already an established program, Amazing Women in eCommerce (AWIE) donated to Girls, Inc. and promoted badass women in the industry from around the world.
Yotpo Grow was a brand new initiative that I was honored to help helm. Supporting Black-owned businesses, Yotpo gave a year of free services, access to tech partners, and dedicated CSM’s to disenfranchised, marginalized, and underrepresented businesses to help them grow to their full potential.

As a key stakeholder in CMS management, I took ownership of maintaining up-to-date information on integrations, partnerships, API’s, EUA updates, as well as weekly and bi-weekly content refreshment — including handing off all updates to site roll.

Working cross departmentally with our co-marketing, demand-gen, and ops teams (both for product and partnerships), a great deal of live events, webinars, speeches, announcements, and PR fell to my plate to “zhuzh-up.“
Partnership webinars, slide decks, scripts, L&E courses, and more were all a part of this events spectrum — including writing, directing, presenting, coaching, and editing.
